Cable terminology   Cover conduit and wire rope technology With a sofisticated electronic and ultrasonic 3D control system situated on-line, in the extrusion process Cofle is able to maintain a clearance betwen conduit liner and covered wire of 0,05mm. All Cofle production is electronically monitored in order to guarantee 100% production quality.  Advantages - Minimum BACKLASH  Backlash appears as “lost motion” under light push-pull input forces and is caused by the core member of the cable moving from the inside to the outside of the bends with a change of direction of load and hence movement. “IT IS A FUNCTION BETWEEN THE THE CORE AND THE LINER”. With the Cofle combination Backlash is reduced to a guranteed minimum with our PUSH-PULL TECHNOLOGY. Example: Series 4 Cable - low Free-play series Cable 2m, long 360° bend = 1.3 mm (0.051”) free play  Cover conduit with a special combinationof plastic components including PTFE. This cover conduit has a very high efficency Typically over 90° Cover conduit with very small clearances between inner tube and the cover wire or rope – resulting in minimum possible backlash. Black series made by Cofle for heavy duty applications and is very robust, with good efficiency typically 85%, lowback lash and very economical. Cofle produces over 4,000,000 meters per year. Cables technology Special attention is paid to the “details” and “components” – highest quality and attention to detail in the components and processes = highest quality in the completed product.  Heavy duty - self lubrificating - double wiper seal Designed to work in vertical positions and in extreme enviromental conditions Cofle’s newly patented sealing system is a combination of 2 integrated wiper seals and was designed in order to solve critical applications when cables have to work in a vertical position.  |
